About us. Sole2Soul is a sneaker and collectibles archive operating from Chattanooga, Tennessee, selling at sole2soul.shop.
Orders. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order, including for pricing errors or stock errors. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Authenticity. Every item is inspected and verified before it is listed. If an item is ever not as described, our authenticity guarantee applies: full refund plus return shipping.
One of each. Most items are one size, one unit. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it; it belongs to whoever completes checkout first.
Returns. Governed by our Return and refund policy: fourteen days on unworn sneakers and apparel, sealed product final sale.
Liability. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
