Refund policy
Sneakers and apparel. You have fourteen days from delivery to start a return on unworn items with the original box and tags intact. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, your refund goes back to the original payment method within one week.
Sealed cards and collectibles. Every card and collectible we sell ships sealed, and sealed product is final sale. If a sealed item arrives with the factory seal broken or the item damaged, contact us promptly after delivery with photos and we will make it right.
Authenticity guarantee. If we ever send an item that is not what we said it was, you get a full refund plus return shipping. Authenticity guaranteed, money back.
How to start a return. Email  with your order number and the reason for the return. We respond within one business day with return instructions. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility except for authenticity claims or items that arrive damaged.
