4. Shipping policy

Every order ships from Chattanooga, Tennessee within 1 to 3 business days.

United States. Free ground shipping on orders over $200. Orders under $200 ship flat rate via USPS.

International. Quoted per item. Email shop@sole2soul.store with the item and destination and we will send a real rate the same day.

Tracking. Every shipment includes tracking, sent to your email when the label is created.

Address issues. Double-check your address at checkout. If a package returns to us due to an address error, we will reship at cost.
