Terms of service.

Sole2Soul is a sole proprietorship based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Contact: shop@sole2soul.store. Placing an order means you agree to these terms.

Prices and stock are shown on each lot and may change without notice. Most lots are one or two deep. When a lot sells out, that is usually it. We try to keep listings accurate but reserve the right to correct pricing or inventory errors.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item. If we cannot fulfill an order because of a pricing mistake, an inventory error, or a failed authentication check, we will cancel the order and refund your payment in full.

Every lot we sell is inspected and authenticated in-house before it goes up. If we ever ship something that is not what we said it was, send it back and we will refund the purchase and cover return shipping. Authenticity guaranteed, money back.

• Sneakers: fourteen days from delivery. Unworn, box and tags intact, in original condition.
• Apparel: fourteen days from delivery. Unworn, tags attached.
• Sealed cards and collectibles: final sale. Because the value depends on the seal being intact, we cannot accept returns once shipped.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within a week of us receiving the return.

Lots ship from Chattanooga, Tennessee in 1 to 3 business days. Free U.S. ground shipping on orders over $200, flat-rate USPS under that. International shipping is quoted per lot; email us for a rate. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is on them.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sole2Soul is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or a product bought from us. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item at issue. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited by contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will reflect the last change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
