Sole2Soul is a sole proprietorship based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Reach us at shop@sole2soul.store. We do not publish a retail address; orders ship from Chattanooga.

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you provide one, and your order history with us. If you contact us by email we keep that thread so we can help you. That is the whole list.

Payments are processed by Shopify. Your card number, expiry, and security code go directly to Shopify and their PCI-compliant payment partners. We never see or store full card details on our side.

The site uses cookies that keep your cart working and remember your session. We may use basic analytics to see which pages people visit, in aggregate. We do not run advertising trackers or sell behavioural data.

To take your order, ship it, answer your questions, handle returns and refunds, and keep records required for tax and accounting. We may email you about an order you placed. We do not send marketing email unless you specifically ask us to.

Shopify for the storefront and payments, our shipping carrier to deliver the package, and email providers so we can reply to you. We do not sell customer data to anyone, ever.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing shop@sole2soul.store. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep records of past orders for tax purposes.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, note it on the site.
